The last thing you remember is seeing Glory collapsed on the ground. Your head is foggy and spinning, and it takes a moment to regain enough focus to notice that there's actual fog around you, too. The mist is so thick you can barely see your own feet, though there seems to be solid ground underneath them, at least.

After a moment you hear a voice. It sounds like Glory, although it's oddly flat, even for her.

You shouldn't linger here... This isn't a place you can be. Unfortunately, the only way out is through. I can pull it together enough for you to work with.

[after a few moments to gather his bearings, raven is going to straighten up and raise his voice so everyone nearby can hear him, his expression unkind]

Let me be perfectly clear about something. Glory's heart is precious, and if any one of you damages this place beyond repair, you will regret ever being born. I will make very, very certain of that.

Whom amongst us is going to do that??

[HANDS ON HIPS]

Since you're such an expert, why don't you choose where we go? There are multiple locations.

I'm not an expert. On matters of the heart, that is. As for Glory... I know her well, but she has her own secrets to keep. We all do.

Something's... off about her voice. It's as though she's reading rote from a script...

[he goes to get a coat and put it on, though he pockets the gloves]

We may as well look into the cottage, first.

Maybe that's just the voice of her internal narration.

But if you think the cottage is best, we can head over there.

Ford... I'm not an expert. If there's something you think is best... then tell me. I want to do right by Glory... and my methods may not be she needs.

[but he will head towards the cottage]

Well, if you're asking me, I don't think any of this is that big of a deal. We'll make it out of here and she'll be fine. I don't see reason to believe this is some kind of crisis.

What we do here will affect her, permanently. I've seen it before. It happened often... when we were in Hell. Peoples' hearts were opened for all to explore. I was one of them, once. I was fortunate... to have come away well enough, but others... were not always so lucky. Some were driven mad. Others had memories tampered with, or emotions amplified.

I may be overreacting... but I can't take that chance.

But we won't do that.

[gesturing in a circle with a finger to indicate the people in here. it's fiiiiiine]

[... he still looks a little uncertain, but. he trusts everyone here pretty well, so it'll probably be fine. he nods]

Glory's voice comes again, though it's weaker this time.

Raven. Don't worry.

A pause.

Well... maybe worry a little. There are things that are broken already that need to be fixed. But this is... a staging area.

Slowly, some of the mist clears. Up a hill, there is a cobblestone walkway leading to a CHARMING COTTAGE. A muddy track off the path leads towards an ARMY TENT, and further than that, a MUDDY FIELD. Glory's voice is now almost inaudible.

The objects are what's important. Find them. ...Good luck.
