Glory Heart Game, Session 2

The last thing you remember is seeing Glory collapsed on the ground. Your head is foggy and spinning, and it takes a moment to regain enough focus to notice that there's actual fog around you, too. The mist is so thick you can barely see your own feet, though there seems to be solid ground underneath them, at least.

After a moment you hear a voice. It sounds like Glory, although it's oddly flat, even for her.

You shouldn't linger here... This isn't a place you can be. Unfortunately, the only way out is through. I can pull it together enough for you to work with.

... nothing dangerous has occurred, thus far. Touching the items imparts certain emotions... and they all connect to the labeled sconces, somehow.

Have you realized... that we're all in Glory's heart?

Not exactly, but there are a lot of familiar things, here. I think this cottage... represents a feeling of safety, and comfort, for her.

That makes sense. It’s a home, after all. If anything could contain Love and Belonging, it would surely be here.

It's not all this place contains... feelings are often complex things. I know Glory has... struggled, sometimes, with her feelings.

As she’s revealed feelings of your own to me, I’m sure she will forgive you.

Though she has mentioned this, as well. That it was this family… which made her feel understood.

Yes. It's been said before... that she could have chosen another family to be part of... but she felt the most understood, with us. And we accepted her. Our "big sister".
